IPSF picks first winning ticket in raffle

A winning ticket has been selected in the drawing to receive the first early-bird prize in the Irvine Public Schools Foundation’s 7th Annual Irvine Dream Stakes Home Raffle, the Orange County Register is reporting.

The prize was $10,000 in cash. But if your name doesn’t happen to be Carolyn Ko, don’t fret. You still have a chance to win plenty of other prizes, including a new BMW, an “OCeanfront” vacation at six of Orange County’s most exclusive coastal resorts, a year of free rent in Irvine’s newest luxury apartment community and, of course, the grand prize, a 1,445 square-foot home valued at more than $700,000. (Or you could choose to take $500,000 in cash in lieu of the grand prize.)

Remember that proceeds benefit IUSD schools. To order tickets or for more information, call (949) 734-6873 or visit www.irvinedreamstakes.com.
