First deadline for IPSF’s home raffle is Tuesday

Attention early birds.

Today marks the first deadline for the Irvine Public Schools Foundation’s 7th Annual Irvine Dream Stakes Home Raffle. Those who buy a ticket before 5 p.m. are eligible to win an early-bird prize of $10,000 in cash, which will be awarded at the end of the month.

Of course, come August you’ll also have a shot at the grand prize – a 1,445 square-foot home valued at more than $700,000 in a luxury high-rise condominium tower at 3000 The Plaza. (Or, if you prefer, you can can take home $500,000 in cash.)

Raffle tickets are $150 each, and there are a few more early-bird goodies leading up to the home drawing, including a new BMW, an “OCeanfront” vacation at six of Orange County’s most exclusive coastal resorts and a year of free rent in Irvine’s newest luxury apartment community, The Park at Irvine Spectrum Center.

Best of all, your contribution will help IPSF raise money for IUSD schools.
